Hi, I’m Alice Soulard. I’m a designer, photographer, and creative strategist based wherever the road takes me.

My skillset

  • This is a passion of mine. Finding a brand’s voice and visual style is crucial, nuanced, and can make or break a brand. Projects such as those done for MODMO, The Whole Kitchen, and BCA, made a huge difference in their performance and external perception.

For example, The Whole Kitchen saw a 200% increase in their annual revenue after their brand refresh.

  • From identifying key placements, to actioning campaign strategies, as well as co-ordinating which assets are needed where and why, creative strategy is all encompassing. As a designer first, this is a place for me to be both visually creative as well as mentally creative.

  • For me, art direction is about more than just having the final say. It’s the lead up, ensuring the whole team is united behind one vision, making sure the brand is being represented, and that the final visual not only looks beautiful but conveys the right message.

  • My most recent role threw me into the world of Marketing Communications. From orchestrating campaigns to selecting key imagery and choosing ad placements for the most effective returns on our ad budgets, this role pushed me into the advertising side of design and Marketing.

  • Having studied at the Arts University in Bournemouth, our training centred heavily around print production. Whether that be printing books and binding them ourselves, or producing designs for gallery spaces.

My experience at Make Studio also allowed me the experience to produce large-scale hoarding for property developments, and my time at MODMO allowed me to deepen this experience into event design and exhibition spaces.
