Shot in Vietnam to look like Europe.
Art direction. Planning. Post-production management and sign-off.
This shoot was planned from start to finish, with models, clothes, and locations, budgets and transport all selected and co-ordinated by myself.
Major considerations had to be made when determining which locations were to be used. MODMO’s ebikes were in Vietnam, but their main market is Europe and Germany specifically. This presented a great challenge and as such we chose very urban looking locations, nondescript, and picked a portrait lens with very open aperture to ensure that the backgrounds weren’t too detailed.
In addition, we shot this during Europe’s winter months and clothing was a huge consideration. Despite the 30 degree heat of Vietnam, coats, jumpers, and ski-jackets were worn to give the appearance of being in a cold climate.
Same same, but different.
This is the part two of the shoot above. Where above we were shooting the Saigon S model, here we had 2 days to plan a secondary shoot to showcase the Saigon+ model.
